PAYMENTS

Customers in the U.S. – We accept most major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept prepaid credit cards or other forms of payment. We also accept purchases using PayPal.

Restrictions that apply:  

Fishtoes charges all applicable sales taxes based on an order’s shipping address.
Once an order is placed the payment method is unable to be updated.
We currently do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING

Fishtoes offers standard and expedited shipping on all orders.

We processes orders quickly, so once a package is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If your package hasn’t been shipped, you can contact us at [email protected] to request a change of shipping address.

Note: We may ask for more information from you to verify your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will not honor your request.

RETURNS

Fishtoes is a small business, so we do not offer returns at this time. We do our best to inspect all items and list all flaws we see. Please make sure to look at all of the photos and read the entire description of an item before making a purchase.

SIZING

Fishtoes sells a variety of gently used clothing in a variety of different sizes.

Note: all sizes are taken from the tags on each garment and in the case that there isn’t a tag or size noted, we measure the the item based on general American sizing.

PRODUCT CARE

We wash all clothing items before they are photographed and made available for purchase on our website and in store.

Other items, such as accessories and home décor, are lightly cleaned before being made available on our website or in store.
